Next time will use coffee. The only thing I changed in the recipe was to use some blueberries as decoration I really liked the freshness of the berries against the sweetness of the chocolate. If I were to make this again I would use a less flavorful (cheaper) olive oil, as the flavor was a little overwhelming, and all coffee instead of half coffee half water to cut the olive oil flavor.
